Devilfish
Devilfish genus Inimicus, bottom ambush preditors when they are partilly buried in the sand, they are almost impossible to see. When approached, they tend to dart off a couple of feet. This one moved maybe 18" or so and totally disappeared into the sand.

Hold down the mouse button over the image and wait for the menu.
